Breathing moves our energy; it activates, harnessing energy for action, focus and movement, as well as creating relaxation, ease, connection and empathy.
How we breathe is how we move, feel, think, and connect. By improving our breath pattern, we can bring more vibrancy into those exciting moments, and relaxation in those special moments, creating a vibrant life of flow.

We can create a wholly different bodily sensation just by modifying our breath, just once! What would it be like if we could bring in more vibrancy and ease to the ~23,000x we take a day!

We use Conscious Connected Breath (CCB), to access the subconscious through an altered state of being. From there, using our clinical understanding of the nervous system and respiratory anatomy, we analyse your breath pattern and tailor our bodywork techniques to allow any unreleased tension, trauma and emotions to release.

Once released, this creates a permanent improvement to our physical, emotional and metal health!

During the session, you may experience a felt-sense experience of how your breath is moving within the body, and how your body responds to the dynamic change of your breath using CCB. We approach each session with safety and integration in mind, honouring a balance of activa-tion and relaxation within your unique breath pattern.

You may experience energetic vibrancy, such as tingling. Emotions may arise and a sense of extra-sensory body aware-ness. You may also feel emotions arise and even out-of-body sensations during periods of deep relaxation and delta /theta states that are achieved in CCB. Afterward, you may experience a sense of clarity, expansion of your perceptions, body-awareness and a sense of calm-ness.

Our job is to hold loving awareness and help facilitate your body's amazing ability to self-regulate and heal through our bodywork expertise.

We observe your process through the journey, ensuring you are maintaining within your window of tolerance, meaning you aren't out-resourcing yourself and entering areas which aren't serving you. We maintain a state most congruent for you to release tension, stuck emotions and trauma within your body, as well as readjusting any maladaptive breathing patterns.

Our goal is to help you achieve your highest potential for each session, whilst maintaining safety, integrity and the optimum environment for integration during and post-session.
