Yoga means 'to unite'. It is a deep, an-cient practice that was designed for you to bridge all aspects of life together: body, mind, emotions and spirit, all using the body, the breath and awareness.

 

Our method we study is a blend of classical Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Thera-peutical Yoga. Through combining these methods, we approach Yoga with a complete package, providing you with tailored postures, sequences and pranayamas to provide you with the best outcome of each session.

Powerful, grateful, centered, refreshed, calm, connected are all words that our clients have described.  Some clients also described feeling sore, tired, and drained! It's all part of the experience of Yoga, as those feelings are part of the human experience!  It's your experience, and that's alright.

What we find is that life has way of showing up on the yoga mat, and vice versa. So, why not use that as fuel for your practice? Yoga gives us the tools to move emotions, release tension and create more expansion and flexibility that we can bring back to our everyday life. That is the power of Yoga.

For you to experience the most out of your Yoga session, we maintain close observation and contact with you. Our job is to ensure you stay within your unique window of capacity and tolerance each and every step of the way. This is important, as each body is different, we have grown up differently, have had different life experiences, and possibly some injuries on the way.  We respect your own body's wisdom to inform us of what it needs.

IOur desire is to support you not only on the mat, but provide you with the tools and resources for you to step off the mat, centered, confident and ready to continue the flow off the mat!
